Gatherings

I have various different offerings in the way of gatherings, in person workshops, women's circles and private group sessions at your location or a hired location.

I collaborate with "The way to wellness collective" we host sister circles throughout the year sharing various practices and activities in a beautiful nourishing environment, as a facilitator in this space I share beautiful sounds with my crystal sound bowls and various different meditation and breathwork practices that I use in my daily practice.

I love this collaboration because it allows each facilitator to share their passions and magic.

We always have essential oils to share and food, and some kind of craft, there is connection and genuine conversation that evolves in these spaces. It is a welcoming space and no skills or prior knowledge is needed, you are guided and supported in each practice we share. We welcome first time and seasoned circle attendees.

Our intention is that the space we offer is nourishing, supportive, nurturing, safe and welcoming no matter where you are at in your personal evolution.

Private events involve me coming to you, this can be at your house or holiday house, or I can hire a venue for your group.

This is a fantastic way to have an experience with your group of people, I genuinely understand that people might want to experience what we offer in women's circles but may not be comfortable being around people they don't know in a group experience and this is what birthed the idea for private in house gatherings where I come to you.

I bring my essential oils and sound bowls and share meditation techniques, breathing techniques and of course beautiful sound therapy using crystal sound bowls.
