This is a 1.5 hour treatment, a relaxation massage using Australian native plant essential oils , the treatment also includes hot stones to soothe the body and relax the muscles. With all my massage and energy treatments I use breath awareness, guided visualisations and body based meditation to help you connect deeper to your body.
