The wood element treatment (SPRING)

The wood element in chinese medicine 5 element theory is linked with the season of spring. The wood element governs the organs the liver (yin organ) and gall bladder (yang organ) the liver governs the sinews and tendons and the sense organ for the liver is the eyes. The treatment is a 1.5 hour massage treatment with focus on accupressure points resonating with the liver and gall bladder. This treatment also includes a facial cleanse, face massage and head massage with focus around the eye area and corresponding energetic points for the liver and gall bladder. There is focus on the energetics of the solar plexus (upper abdomen) as this energetic centre and nerve bundle is connected with the liver and gall bladder energetically and physically. Essential oils are used in the treatment to enhance the experience and are chosen for their therapuetic benefits and to create a scent anchor during your treatment.
